Cesar was raised in Livonia, Michigan. He grew up playing soccer but participated in anything that was competitive. Graduating from Franklin High School in 2017, Cesar is one of our youngest Assistant Directors. Taking on as many roles as necessary to achieve his goals and accomplishments is what drives Cesar to grow and learn everyday in our business.
Growing up in Detroit Michigan, being the oldest of 8, Paul has always been a leader. Paul comes from a sports background that made him competitive and a team player. He played basketball and ran track in high school and also was apart of the chess team. After high school Paul knew that it was time find something to potentially grow my future.
Paul remembers vividly sitting down on a preliminary Interview and being asked, what are the things that I am looking for in a company? Growth, mentor ship, and atmosphere were his answers. In a year he was able to start a journey that most people weren't able to take advantage of. The atmosphere was ecstatic and office nights, team nights, and traveling made the opportunity feel like home for him.
Day in and day out Paul always wants to be in a better position. There are so many tools and people that we can use to our advantage to be successful at VPG. It's just up to us to actually take advantage of it and enjoy the ride!
